Disco raro y curioso de Georges Moustaki cantando en hebreo sus canciones muy poco conocidas en el año 1968, Vale la pena escucharlo y conservarlo, ya solo por el pontencial de Moustaki con sus bellas canciones y baladas. (Beersheba es una ciudad del sur de Israel)
Moustaki, Nació en Alejandría, en el seno de una familia judeo-griega originaria de la isla de Corfú y falleció el 23 de mayo de 2013. Se cría en un ambiente multicultural (judío, griego, italiano, árabe y francés). Desde muy pronto siente entusiasmo por la literatura y la canción francesa (especialmente por Édith Piaf). Se instala en París en 1951 y ejerce distintos trabajos.

Yosi Moustaki (b.1939-) is a well-known singer / song-writer who was born in Cairo, Egypt, fled with his family during the Israeli War of Independence in 1948 and reached Be’er-Sheva, Israel in 1949, among the first 500 Israeli families to settle here. He has a special repertoire of Ladino music and folklore. In 2010, the City of Be'er-Sheva showed its appreciation, honoring him as an "Esteemed Citizen" and in 2012, he also received a "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Union of Israeli Artists.
Seems he was a distant cousin to the French Moustaki....
